The Multi-Engine Rating allows individuals to add an extra class to their pilot certificate.  Training for the multi-engine rating is completed utilizing a Piper Seminole light twin.  During this course students will learn about asymmetric thrust as well as general performance and handling characteristics of light twins.

 

Eligibility Requirements

• Hold at least an FAA Private or Commercial Pilot Certificate

• Pass an FAA Practical Test (Oral and Flight)

 

Aeronautical Experience

• Obtain proficiency and receive endorsement from authorized instructor
